CookieTypeDurationDescription

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to guarantee the correct functioning of the procedures and improve the experience of using online applications. Cookies are a textual element that is inserted into the hard disk of a computer. Cookies are used to streamline the analysis of web traffic or to indicate when a specific site is visited and allow web applications to send information to individual users. Below is detailed information on the use of cookies and similar technologies, on how they are used by CML and on how to manage them.

CML uses:

  • “Technical” cookies
These cookies are functional to navigation and guarantee the safe and efficient exploration of the site. The cookies in this category include both persistent and session cookies. Without these cookies, the site or parts of it may not work properly. Therefore, they are always used, regardless of user preferences. Cookies of this type are always sent from our domain. The duration of these cookies is strictly limited to the work session or they can take advantage of a longer stay in order to remember the visitor’s choices. Disabling strictly necessary cookies can compromise the experience of using and browsing the website.
  • “Analytical” cookies
They are cookies used to collect and analyze the traffic and use of a website anonymously. These are third-party cookies collected and managed anonymously to monitor and improve the performance of the host site (performance cookies). These cookies, even without identifying the user, allow, for example, to detect if the same user returns to connect at different times. They also allow to monitor the system and improve its performance and usability. The deactivation of these cookies can be performed without any loss of functionality. (For more information on Google’s cookie policy, please refer to the link below: http: //www.google.com/intl/it_ALL/analytics/learn/privacy.html). The user can decide whether to accept cookies using the settings on his or her browser.

TOTAL OR PARTIAL DISABLING OF COOKIES
The total or partial disabling of technical cookies may compromise the use of the website features reserved for registered users. On the contrary, the usability of public content is also possible by completely disabling cookies. Disabling “third party” or profiling cookies does not affect browsing in any way. The setting can be defined specifically for different websites and web applications. In fact, the best browsers allow you to define different settings for “proprietary” and “third-party” cookies.
